No minimums — we'll happily make you one hat. Bulk discount kicks in at 12 caps (25% off), then steps down to 30% off at 25+, and 35% off at 50+. Orders of 100+ are quoted custom. The same percentage off applies to every hat in the catalog — Richardson 112, 112FPR, 256, 258, 355, 632, 112PM, Toad, Durra-Bull all scale from their own base price. Yes — we use genuine leather on orders that choose this option. We also offer leatherette for those who want to save on cost.

Vector is best: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF (with vector art inside). Raster works for embroidery at four inches or smaller — PNG or JPG at 300 DPI. If you only have a low-res JPG of an old logo, send it anyway. We'll let you know if we need to redraw it.

If your order hasn't entered production yet, contact us within 24 hours and we'll adjust. Once production begins, changes can't be made.
