How Does It Work?

Choose Your Style

Choose your hat color, with over 80 color options, you're sure to find your perfect match! We use the icoic Richardson 112.

Customize Your Hat(s)

Add your logo, choose between embroidery or leather patch styles. Select your patch shape and stitching. You can see a live mockup to ensure it's just the way you like!

Order Your Hat(s)

Order your hats, we'll send you a proof for your approval before we begin production. Production time typically takes 7–10 business days after your proof is approved.

Are there minimums? Quantity discounts?

We are proud to offer no minimums, but we do also have bulk discounts as well! No job is too big or small!

Are the patches made with real leather?

Yes, we use genuine leather on orders that choose this option. We also offer leatherette for those who want to save on cost!

Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, you can contact us within 24 hours to make adjustments. After production begins, changes can’t be made.

Can I use different leather patches or logos in one order?

Yes — you can choose any mix of leather patches and logos you want. There’s no minimum!

What if I need my order by a deadline?

No problem, please contact us and we can see if we can expedite shipping to your needs. Please note a small fee may apply.
